A Prelude to Mother’s Day

            Old-Fashioned Victorian Tea

            Oakbourne Mansion

            Sunday, May 4, 2:00 – 4:30 p.m.  (see below for details)

            $19.50 per person (half price for children under ten)        Reservations requested; Please call Township Office

 

            Movie Nights in the Park

            Fridays, July 11 and August 8

            Oakbourne Park

            8-9:30 p.m.  (G/PG movies only)

            No cost; BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket)

 

            Best of Westtown Dog Show

            Saturday, September 13

            Oakbourne Park 

            $5 entry fee for all dogs

at Oakbourne Mansion
Sunday, May 4
2:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Come celebrate and recognize mothers, grandmothers, and other women with a mothering spirit.
 
As you sit back and enjoy the beautifully renovated Oakbourne Mansion, you will be served the perfect menu of freshly baked scones, delectable tea sandwiches, fabulous pastries, and a wonderful selection of teas.
 
The cost for three courses of the finest tea sandwiches, the warmest scones, bountiful pastries, and a vast selection of teas is just $19.50 per person.  (Half price for children under ten.)
 
Reservations are requested as space is limited.  Please call the Township Office today to reserve your place, 610-692-1930.

Oakbourne Park Commission

Created by the Board of Supervisors on October 2, 2006, this group will be responsible for studying the Oakbourne Mansion and investigating possible future uses.  The Board is actively seeking those interested in serving on the Commission.  If interested, please submit a brief application to the Township Office.

Facilities: Mansion/meeting space (available for lease); tennis courts; basketball courts; roller hockey area; general purpose field; baseball and soccer fields; volleyball; picnic pavilion (can be reserved); playground equipment; trail system.

Tyson Park : Tyson & Oakbourne Roads
Facilities: General purpose field; picnic pavilion; playground equipment.

Larchbourne Park: Larchwood Road
Facilities: playground equipment

Trail Systems: Oakbourne Park, South Penn (South of Pennwood School); Ashley Road
